	General questions about CEQApost: Can I speak with someone directly? Yes. We are real people with real planning experience and will be happy to respond to your questions. Please e-mail us at support@ceqadocs.com. How many agencies, consultants and companies already subscribe? Due to identity security concerns, we do not share subscriber information, nor do we sell subscriber lists to marketing entities. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information. How long has CEQApost been in existence? The principals of CEQAdocs.com have been publishing environmental documents since 1987. CEQApost, however, was created in 2003 to offer digital, Web-based posting services. Do you have any other CEQA-related services? CEQAmap, a digital database of "CEQA Project" related documents is online and available for use. CEQAdec, currently under development, is a Web-based workstation for producing environmental documents, such as Negative Declarations, that uses an integrated, smart document format.


	Questions about the posting process: Can I upload my "CEQA Project" documents directly from my work station? Absolutely--that's one of the great features of using CEQApost. Documents can be easily uploaded (posted), edited or removed from any computer with an Internet connection. NOTE: Most documents are relatively small and can be uploaded (posted) quickly. Uploading large documents (larger than 10 MB) often results in transmission time-out problems. EIRs and some Mitigated Negative Declarations, for example, should be segmented by chapters (individual files). Click here to see a sample of a segmented EIR. How should my documents be formatted? We recommend Adobe PDF and MS-Word .DOC formatted documents. Other formats may work but rely on the viewer's onboard software to open them. In other words, you can post a Word Perfect document, but the viewer has to have Word Perfect on their computer in order to read it. Does posting on your Web site meet CEQA noticing requirements? No. CEQApost alone does not fulfill state noticing requirements. However, CEQApost is publicly accessible and fulfills the additional notice criteria of "...other means deemed appropriate by the (lead) agency..." as described in CEQA regulations and guidelines. How long will my documents stay posted? Documents will remain posted for twelve (12) months, and then removed. Can I have a document removed sooner than twelve months? Yes. You may remove a document anytime you want to simply by deleting it from within your "My CEQApost Options." Can I have a document posted for longer than twelve months? Yes. Once a document has expired, you may choose to re-post it. What if I need to revise a posted document? If you want to revise a posted document, first remove it and then post (upload) the revised document in its place.
